Certificate IV in Training & Assessment

Oohhh I am so proud to have completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment a few years ago.
I love sharing my 13 years of knowledge of Celebrancy with anyone who will listen – whether that is new celebrant students, recently registered celebrants or those who have been a celebrant for even longer than me!
I want our industry to be at the top of it’s game so every couple getting married receives a product and service that exceeds even their greatest expectations.

Kirsty & Shaun – Real Life Wedding

In March 2020 the world became a different place and we were introduced to COVID-19 and the devastating impact this would instantly have on our Wedding Industry.
The simple dream to get married the way you always wanted, almost seemed unachievable.
But…. one of my lucky couples Kirsty & Shaun managed to sneak their wedding in just in time!

GT BRIDE BLOG POST

Please give a warm welcome to my real-life couple…… Kellie & Riley!
You can check out their wedding journey as shared on the GT BRIDE BLOG post here…
I loved being a part of their special day and they had some very unique aspects of their wedding that I hope more couples would consider:

  • Have a flower girl “drive” down the aisle in a remote controlled car!
  • Have your 3 best friends who were there the moment you met, write and deliver your personal “love story” during the ceremony (rather than me sharing it!)
  • Have divine emerald green bridesmaids dresses that were to die for!!!
  • Play Rock, Paper, Scissors to see who will go first in saying their vows.
  • Write secret vows to one another and the moment you share them on your wedding day is the first time your fiance hears them.

I was so chuffed to be a part of their special day at Truffleduck. It was beautiful in every way and they just celebrated their very first wedding anniversary just a few weeks ago! (Yes, take us all back to this time last year right!)

2020 ABIA AWARDS FINALIST

ABIA 2020 FINALIST

Great NEWS!
For the 5th year in a row, I have been announced as a FINALIST in the 22nd Victorian Annual ABIA Wedding Industry Awards!
I have landed amongst the TOP 20 Celebrants in Victoria and will now await for the winner to be announced in October.
A huge thank you to ABIA for putting on these awards every year (even if they will be virtual this year) and the biggest THANKS goes to every single one of my couples who supported my nomination and hopefully gave me as close to 100% as possible!!! It is always a very tight finish to see the scores at the end, so we will just have to wait and see how I went. For now, TOP 20 in Victoria sounds pretty good!

So 2020 has been pretty shitty, I am sure everyone can agree.
But I have teamed up with my gal pals at Ivory Tribe to share with you all a different perspective on Weddings in 2020 and beyond.
Yes, you may have got married legally in 2020, but it wasn’t the MASSIVE celebration that you hoped it would be – here in my BLOG POST I share with you all how you can legally get married in 2020, but have your wedding cake and eat it too! (See what I did there?)
Enjoy the read, Love Nicole. x
